Not completely satisfied? Return your CLEEN order within 365 days for a full refund, as promised on our product page. Email support@get-cleen.com with your order number to arrange your return and obtain return instructions. Please contact us before sending a parcel so it reaches the correct return location.
Your statutory cancellation rights
For EU and UK consumers, the statutory cooling-off period is generally 14 days after delivery. To exercise it, send us a clear statement that you wish to cancel before that period ends. Return the goods within the following 14 days. For goods from one order delivered separately, the cooling-off period starts when the last item arrives.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we refund the purchase and the least expensive standard outbound delivery option within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may wait until the goods or proof of return arrive. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. You bear direct return postage for a change-of-mind withdrawal and may be responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond reasonable inspection. These statutory provisions do not reduce our advertised 365-day guarantee.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Email support@get-cleen.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us investigate damage or an incorrect item. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain available independently of the money-back guarantee.
Subscriptions
A return request and cancellation of future subscription orders are separate. To stop future renewals, use your subscription account or email support@get-cleen.com before your next billing date. Tell us if you want both a refund request and cancellation of future renewals.
