About CLEEN

These terms apply to purchases from get-cleen.com. CLEEN is operated by Infra Works B.V., Torenlaan 5b, 1402 AT Bussum, Netherlands. For questions about an order, subscription or these terms, email support@get-cleen.com.

Orders and payment

Review your products, quantities, delivery address and total before placing an order. By selecting “Secure My Order”, you agree to pay the amount displayed at checkout. Your confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Available payment methods, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, it renews automatically at the recurring price and delivery interval shown in your order summary until you cancel. An introductory discount applies only to the first order unless the offer explicitly says otherwise. Your first payment and later payments may therefore differ. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription.

You may cancel future renewals through your subscription account or by emailing support@get-cleen.com before your next billing date. Include your order number or the email used for your purchase. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel an order already charged; contact us about that order and see our return policy. We will not change an existing subscription's price or terms without the notice or consent required by applicable law.

Offers and savings

Bundle offers and free gifts apply as described when you order. Checkout's total-savings comparison includes the price of the same quantity of individually purchased bags and included gifts, less the amount charged for those items. It is a comparison for the current order, before shipping and taxes, and is not an additional cash discount.

Using our store

Please provide accurate order details and use the store lawfully. Do not misuse payment systems, interfere with the website or reproduce protected content without permission. Product information does not replace individual medical advice; follow the directions and warnings on the product label.

Privacy, complaints and your rights

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Contact support@get-cleen.com with complaints so we can help. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Dutch law applies, without taking away protections granted by mandatory law in your country of residence. Updated terms apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
